Keep Life Running. PinMonkey Shop helps ordinary people keep track of the vehicles and household equipment they own — what needs maintenance, what has already been done, what parts they may need, and whether there are official safety recalls or reports they should review.
Oil-change stickers, receipts, manuals, notes, service folders, and separate government websites all hold pieces of the same story. PinMonkey brings those records into one organized place so you do not have to be a mechanic or a technician to stay current.
PinMonkey is organized around Garage and House. Each item gets its own record.
Use the Garage for cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and other supported vehicles.

This overview shows PinMonkey as a working home and vehicle maintenance application. The pages on this site still explain what the product does. The video does not replace those explanations.
The dashboard gives a quick view of maintenance in three groups. Selecting a group opens the matching list. You can view an item or mark it complete using the same completion steps used everywhere else in PinMonkey.
Completing a task does not delete it. PinMonkey keeps the original maintenance item and stores each completion as history, then uses the existing interval to calculate the next due point.
History is meant to be corrected rather than casually deleted. Correcting the latest completion can recalculate the next due date or mileage. Older entries can be fixed without overriding a newer completion.
Garage records can include lookup and fuel tools. You choose when to run them.
Enter a VIN and PinMonkey can use the official NHTSA vPIC service to decode supported details such as year, make, model, trim, and engine information where available. You review the result before it is applied. Decoding a VIN does not check whether that VIN is included in a recall. The VIN is optional, and PinMonkey does not silently overwrite your vehicle record.
Record fuel quantity, cost, mileage, and fuel economy. Display can follow U.S. units (miles, gallons, MPG) or metric units (kilometers, liters, L/100 km). Changing the display does not rewrite stored values.
Search for nearby fuel-related locations when you need them. This is a helper for finding relevant places, not a full mapping application.
When a record is not enough, PinMonkey can point you toward the next practical step while keeping the maintenance history inside the application.
Depending on the item, actions can include:
PinMonkey Shop does not sell parts. Saved part references still need fitment checked with the manufacturer or seller before ordering. Saved parts can be removed individually when they are no longer needed.
PinMonkey can check official government sources when you ask it to. It is not a substitute for NHTSA, CPSC, manufacturers, mechanics, technicians, or inspections.
Vehicle recall lookup uses official NHTSA recall information based on year, make, and model, with a link back to the government source. A year/make/model result does not automatically prove that one specific VIN is affected. Confirm eligibility with NHTSA or the manufacturer.
House items can search official CPSC data using the saved manufacturer and model. Results are shown as possible matches, not as a statement that your exact appliance is recalled. Confirm the model number and other identifying details in the official notice before taking action.
Vehicle consumer complaints come from official NHTSA complaint data and are a separate research layer. A complaint means someone submitted a report. It does not necessarily mean a defect has been confirmed or that a recall has been issued.
Lookups are user-initiated. No result is not proof that a vehicle or product is safe. Read the full explanation on Safety & Recalls.
Appearance and units can be adjusted in Settings for the browser you are using.
On supported browsers and devices, PinMonkey Shop can be installed and opened from places such as the home screen, Start menu, or app launcher. When a new version is available, you can choose to refresh rather than being interrupted in the middle of work.
PinMonkey Shop is an organization, maintenance, recordkeeping, research, and reminder tool. It is not intended to replace a qualified mechanic, manufacturer service information, official government recall notices, professional home-equipment service, or safety inspections.
